We use New Zealand Post to send our parcels.
Delivery target times are generally 1-3 business days.
For on-line orders by credit card: Shipped by the following day.
For email orders by direct credit: Shipped once payment has been received to bank account shown on the invoice.

Warranty & Return Policy

Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, or wear and tear are not covered by the warranty policy.
If you feel that the product you have purchased is faulty and is covered under these warranty conditions, please contact us with as much detail readily available as possible (including a photo of the issue if possible). We will assess your claim and advise you of your resolution.

Goods supplied for other than business purposes the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall apply.
Goods supplied for business purposes within the meaning of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the provisions of that Act shall have no effect.
